Wholesale fragrance oils are a reliable and cost effective method to use when spicing up your products. However, not all fragrances are created equal.
Fragrance oil from one supplier may not give you the same results that the same fragrance from another supplier would. So it is important to purchase small samples of fragrance oil for testing before committing to a larger supply.
